Only until 2018, Sunlight portfolio was 90%+ one core variant. With the launch of new refreshed Core+ range in 2018, Sunlight has started to break the sea of sameness in the Dishwash category. Since than Premiumization agenda has been driven by Core+ platform in Sunlight. We have reached to 13% of the portfolio and our ambition is to reach to 30% of the portfolio by 2025 (≈ to 220 million euro). To achieve this ambitious target, Core+ innovations will be critical.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Assistant Brand Manager to join Sunlight/Hand Dishwash Global team to lead Core+ HDW to drive the premiumization agenda. This is an important role with docking responsibility of key SEA markets and requires creative mind, experience in crafting mixes, excellent project management and team management skills and proven experience of strong innovations that have landed in the market. Docking responsibility with Vietnam, Thailand & Indonesia are key part of the role with focus on relationship building.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A stretching and rewarding role for those willing to drive Sunlight’s premiumization agenda through our innovations. This position will focus on
- Support the Global Brand Manager in managing and landing global projects (e.g. craft mix and innovations).
- Support the Global Brand Manager to dock with key markets in SEA (e.g. Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) to deliver growth Sunlight Core+ SEA
- Act as Global Project leader for assigned innovation projects including driving overall project, network management, business case development, team management, and gatekeeping to ensure On Time in Full and successful launch.
- Act as Global leader to monitor & review the effectiveness of project implementation & brand performance in SEA markets, to propose corrective actions.
- Support the Global Brand Manager to Execute brand strategy in the cluster while analyzing brand performance and proactively identifying issues and opportunities for future brand growth.
- Working closely with markets to ensure the engagement plan includes agreed focus on innovations and reflects brand priorities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Brand Building and Brand Development
- Experience in managing relationships with cross functional partners and markets.
- Strong track record of timely project delivery·
- Strong team player with passion for growth.
- Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with the wider brand team and local teams.

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London. This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. We are excited to be creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment. The campus is due to be completed in 2026.
Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
