QA Engineer - UAT (Based in Lithuania)

About The Role:

If you're in the heart of Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop, execute, and document test cases for various applications and hardware components.
• Conduct and support UAT to ensure the system meets business and user requirements.
• Utilize Jira for test tracking and Confluence for maintaining test documentation.
• Work with Jenkins, Selenium, and Allure reports to support and validate automated testing efforts.
• Use DBeaver to execute database queries and verify test data.
• Validate IBM AS400 and other proprietary internal applications and tools for accuracy and performance.
• Test and troubleshoot devices such as pin pads, digital signature pads, document scanners, and other hardware components.
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers and business teams for resolution.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards and improve the testing process.

What We Expect:

• Experience with Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in Confluence for maintaining test documentation.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries using DBeaver or similar database tools.
• Knowledge of cross-device testing. 
• Strong understanding of manual testing processes, test case design, and execution.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• 1+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience working in a financial, banking, or enterprise application environment is a plus.
