Position Objective
- Logistics Planner - trategically planning and managing logistics operation including import/export, warehouse, transportation and customs clearance to seek proper inventory balance & customer satisfaction. He/she will be responsible for Customs management with oversight on all customs activities, including clearance, HS Code review, daily clearances processes,
- Factory administration - Take care of management and support tasks that production, quality, and materials teams find difficult to handle directly.
Main Role and Responsibilites
- Logistics Planner
- Ensure the compliance of all import/export related government legislations and requirement
- Manage timely clearance of duty/customs
- Royalty management for imported item
- Vendor management (Forwarders, Warehouse, Customs Broker)
- Monthly payment & cost analysis for logistics
- Ensure the compliance of all import/export related government legislations and requirement

- Administratives
- Purchasing and inventory management of consumables (MRO items)
- Supporting WIP (Work-in-Process) transaction management
- Management employee welfare, cafeteria
- Training and safety education schedule management
- Receipt of tax invoices and expense processing
- Training and safety education schedule management
- Purchasing and inventory management of consumables (MRO items)

Education & Experience
- Over 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle system preferred)
- Good communication skills and possess analytical mind
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday, Lunchtime 12:00-13:00 (40 hours per week)
- Meal Allowance

Physical Requirements
- Medical Check-up required
