Product Operations Executive

Responsibilities
• Operate and manage the admin portal, including configuration, account management, and understanding of business workflows./ Vận hành và quản lý cổng quản trị, bao gồm cấu hình, quản lý tài khoản và hiểu biết về quy trình làm việc của doanh nghiệp.

• Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution./ Cung cấp hỗ trợ cấp một cho các sự cố và yêu cầu dịch vụ, đảm bảo theo dõi và giải quyết kịp thời.
• Ensure SLA targets for incident and service request resolution are met to minimize business disruption./ Đảm bảo các mục tiêu SLA cho việc giải quyết sự cố và yêu cầu dịch vụ được đáp ứng nhằm giảm thiểu gián đoạn hoạt động kinh doanh.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system upgrades to ensure system stability and availability./ Thực hiện Kiểm thử Chấp nhận Người dùng (UAT) cho các tính năng mới và nâng cấp hệ thống nhằm đảm bảo tính ổn định và khả dụng của hệ thống.
• Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues on internal systems and mobile applications./ Hỗ trợ quá trình hội nhập và đào tạo đồng nghiệp mới về các hệ thống nội bộ và ứng dụng di động.
• Build and monitor internal/external dashboards to track performance metrics and system health./ Xây dựng và giám sát các bảng điều khiển nội bộ/ngoại bộ để theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu suất và tình trạng hệ thống.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads./ Hỗ trợ các sáng kiến cải tiến quy trình và tự động hóa bằng cách sử dụng các công cụ Tự động hóa Quy trình Robot (RPA) nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và giảm khối lượng công việc thủ công.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field./ Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

● 3- 5 years of experience in system operation support, UAT testing, or a related role in the IT/insurance sector./ Từ 3 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống, kiểm thử UAT hoặc vai trò liên quan trong ngành CNTT/bảo hiểm.

● Basic insurance industry knowledge is an advantage./ Kiến thức cơ bản về ngành bảo hiểm là một lợi thế.

● Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets./ Kỹ năng phân tích mạnh mẽ với kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ như Excel hoặc Google Sheets.

● Good communication skills, including basic English (reading/writing, passive verbal communication)./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, bao gồm tiếng Anh cơ bản (đọc/viết, giao tiếp nói thụ động).

● Logical thinker with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment./ Người tư duy logic, chú ý đến chi tiết, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.

● Ability to write documentation (user guides, process workflows) and troubleshoot issues effectively./ Khả năng viết tài liệu (hướng dẫn người dùng, quy trình công việc) và khắc phục sự cố hiệu quả.

● Positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment./ Thái độ tích cực và chủ động, sẵn sàng học hỏi, cởi mở với phản hồi và có khả năng thích nghi với môi trường startup năng động.
