Design, develop and deliver best possible user experience for customers

To accelerate the adoption of the new journeys launched

Support marketing to develop digital content and campaigns on regular intervals for the new journeys introduced

Technical enhancements to address a requirements or enhance the experience of a customer 

Develop business strategies & product road maps, prioritize 

• Strategic insights and ability to read and understand data

• High on process and technology understanding
• Understanding of customer life cycle
