Our two-year Graduate Academy offers a unique opportunity for emerging Engineers to gain hands-on, real-world experience across the Electrical Engineering discipline through structured rotations within our Energy & Utilities business.

What To Expect:

• Technical Rotations: Work across different engineering environments—field operations, design, project delivery, and asset management—gaining exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.
• Professional Development: Participate in core workshops, technical training, and leadership development tailored to engineering graduates.
• Networking & Mentoring: Connect with peers and leaders through graduate catch-ups, industry events, and dedicated mentoring.

We have engineering graduate opportunities in:

• New Zealand

Some roles may involve travel, FIFO rosters, or work in remote locations. Please indicate in your application if you prefer not to travel.

Who We’Re Looking For:

• Graduates in Electrical Engineering
• New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Graduating by the end of 2025
• Available to commence in February 2026
• Able to complete police clearance and reference checks
