Key Responsibilities
- To offer customer satisfaction through operational effectiveness, efficiencies and customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure proper cash management within the Outlet and maintain sufficient cash reserves for daily transactions.
- Identify and attract the new loans and deposits to the branch through a well-prepared sales plan in order to reinforce sales strategy.
- Initiate credit facility in order to recommend the approval through in death quality preliminary analysis.
Reserve Cash Register
- Process credit application within stipulate TAT in order to increase customer certification level.
- Check the Authentication on Products Applications in the System to ensure KYC and A.M.L
- Monitoring loan facilities in order to insure minimum portfolio at risk.
- Monitor accounts in order to minimize the dormancy rate and Overdrawn accounts
- Prepare daily/weekly sales report, Monthly portfolio report
- Ensure adequate security of Bank’s assets, premises and staff.
- Ensure maintenance of proper records and control of the following registers

2. Qualifications And Experience
Strong Leadership Competencies.
- A good understanding of strong risk management practices paying particular attention to credit, operational, reputational, compliance and ethical risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor Degree preferably in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 4 years banking experience in Customer Relationship Management and/or Branch operations
- Proven track record in credit analysis.
- Product or business development experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish new client relationships and generate new business.
