Job Summary:
This is for the position of Associate Consultant (HRT) in the Human Capital Advisory team as a HR Transformation practitioner. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onshore engagement teams and clients. In this role you will help our clients through a variety of HR transformation activities in order to help the business achieve its strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement ·Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth) ·Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research ·Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics ·Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio ·Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics ·Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project ·Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firmsQualification:
·Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo ·Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients ·Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines ·Excellent interpersonal skillsAdditional Requirements:
