Role Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manager – GEC Mobility is a key leadership role responsible for managing and supporting the Talent Acquisition teams across our Global Excellence Centers (GECs) in India, the Philippines, and Romania.
Reporting to the Global TA Director – Mobility, this position involves leading a team of recruiters, collaborating with local stakeholders, and ensuring that Arcadis attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent to meet current and future business needs across the GECs. The role covers all levels of hiring within Mobility, with particular emphasis on graduate and early careers recruitment.
This role can be located in India, the Philippines, or Romania.
Role Accountabilities:
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of GEC recruiters, driving continuous improvement in sourcing, selection, and candidate experience.
- Allocate workload across the team in line with business priorities and manage requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Support recruiters with hands-on sourcing and screening where required, proactively using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and recruitment platforms.
- Ensure alignment with the global Talent Acquisition operating model and maintain high standards of delivery within the GECs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to recruiters, supporting their development and building capability across the team.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for business and People function stakeholders across the GECs.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners, People Services, and Performance & Reward to ensure smooth alignment of recruitment with business and people strategies.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the Global TA Director – Mobility and ensure priorities are clearly communicated across the GEC teams.
Process & Delivery
- Deliver consistent and high-quality recruitment processes across India, the Philippines, and Romania, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and compliance standards.
- Utilise recruitment data and insights to track performance, report on progress, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent use of recruitment technology and platforms, including ORC and Eightfold, and support training of recruiters and hiring managers.
- Support key Arcadis initiatives such as DEIB, employer branding, and EVP activation within the GEC context.
Early Careers & Graduate Recruitment
- Partner with the Early Careers recruitment team and support recruitment for Graduate programs across the GECs.
- Build relationships with universities and talent pipelines to ensure a strong flow of graduate talent into the organization.
- Embed best practices for early careers hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Arcadis global graduate recruitment programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles, preferably within multi-country or shared services/GEC environments.
- Track record of managing and developing recruiters in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Early Careers / Graduate recruitment strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and geographies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment trends, local labor markets, and compliance requirements across India, the Philippines, and Romania.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (e.g., ORC, Eightfold).
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently.
