We're seeking someone to join our Data Masking team as a full-stack Software Engineer in Cyber to design, develop and implement innovative software solutions and supporting infrastructure and integrate with partner systems in order to deliver complex data protection solutions to meet business needs.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. What you'll do in the role:
- Contribute to the design and development of complex software systems and applications.
- Propose solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and technical strategy.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Follow best practices in software engineering and design patterns.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement. What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in design, development and implementation of complex software system and applications.
- Strong proficiency in preparing underlying infrastructure and integrating with partner systems.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex test scenarios.
- Expertise in performance optimization and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Sense of ownership and self-motivation to deliver quality products to deadines without supervision.
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of extensive experience in design, development and implementation of complex software system and applications utilizing Java & Angular.
- Hands-on development experience in writing REST APIs with sprint boot.
- Excellent problem solver and must have deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in preparing underlying infrastructure and integrating with partner systems.
- Strong working experience in relational databases such as MySQL/DB2 etc.
- Experience in automated testing using junit and Mockito.
- Expertise in performance optimization and scalability.
- Familiar with version control systems like git/github.
- Familiar with build tools like gradle and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Sense of ownership and self-motivation to deliver quality products to deadines without supervision.
- Good to have - Python and NoSQL experience
