Global Value Solutions GenAI Application Developer, Google Cloud

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a statistical programming language or web based technology (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript, or CSS/HTML).
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition), applied machine learning techniques, or using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and managing business value sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps including automation with IaC (e.g., using Terraform).
• Experience in systems design with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
• Experience in broad base Cloud technology from infrastructure, AI, data, API, security and collaboration technologies.
• Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance against costs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for performing product demos and technology overviews.

About The Job

As a Global Value Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Google Cloud sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to construct prototype and production level Generative AI applications tailored to Google Cloud sales teams. You will leverage the latest Generative AI technologies to develop innovative tooling to enable a value centric business cycle, and validate their efficacy. You will be tasked with swiftly showcasing the latest Generative AI capabilities through direct collaboration with sales teams and GTM specialists in Google Cloud. You will be instrumental in materializing functional solutions on the Google Cloud platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI-driven solutions, spanning AI, data, and infrastructure, and work with peers to enable our Global Sales teams to build self-service business cases and value content.
• Leverage Google Cloud and Google’s Generative AI tools to automate content creation and data analysis, pioneering new methods for delivering value insights at scale.
• Implement web based AI first applications, AI agents, prompting and tuning models, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking, and troubleshoot and find solutions to issues in Generative AI applications.
• Work in cross-functional sprints from initial research, technical spikes, prototyping, design and implementation to continuous improvement post production.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other engineers and product managers in partner organizations on large applications and integration.
