E-Panel Assembly Operator

Main Role:

To assemble electrical and mechanical parts and units by following technical drawings and instructions, while ensuring product quality and safety. 

Responsibilties:

• Wire electrical components based on documentation 
• Inspect and verify all connections 
• Assemble components based on drawings and work orders 
• Use tools and machines to assemble, cut, drill, grind, and shape parts 
• Check and prepare parts before assembling 
• Do final assembly and apply insulation if needed 
• Report any faulty parts to the supervisor 
• Keep workstation clean and organized 
• Record work details in the system 
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear 
• Suggest ideas for improvement 
• Work according to lean manufacturing and 5S principles 

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrotechnics 
• Chargeman A0 Certificate 
• Fresh graduates welcome 
• Preferably with some electro assembly experience 
• Able to read technical drawings 
• Good with hands and tools 
• Responsible and able to work independently 
• Willing to work in shifts 
• Careful, accurate, and safety-aware
