Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Partnerships will lead the development and management of partnerships and alliances in Greater China, with a focus on large-scale lifestyle and travel partners. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Marriott’s loyalty program, and enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through innovative collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of partnership dynamics, membership logic, CRM, and tech platform marketing capabilities, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and present effectively to HQ stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners aligned with Marriott’s business objectives, particularly within digital ecosystems (e.g., Meituan, Fliggy).
  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including HQ, regional teams, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze data insights and leverage predictive modeling to inform strategy and enhance member experiences.
  • Oversee financial performance, reporting, and compliance for partnership activities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to HQ and leadership to communicate progress, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or consumer marketing, preferably within the travel or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships within digital ecosystems and driving account growth.
  • Hands-on experience in membership operations, loyalty programs, and digital product development.
  • Strong background in data analysis, business forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Manage strategic relationships with lifestyle and travel partners to enhance brand awareness and member engagement and revenue.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and digital product teams to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee partnership agreements, financial tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and customer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
