MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. 

Looking out for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Senior Executive ‐ Product Entrepreneur. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to drive and execute the ownership of the product lifecycle from pre-concept to adoption by analyzing gaps in the market, latest styles/trends/seasonal concepts in the fashion industry and understanding the handwriting of key customers and translating these to develop better crafted product solutions that enhance aesthetics, fit, comfort, performance and durability whilst ensuring manufacturability and optimized cost thereby supporting the division to reach its set objective. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle by working with R&D, Autonomation, and PEC teams to ensure manufacturable, cost-effective, and high-quality product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address technological challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Identify gaps in product technology and construction in the market and translate insights into innovative, customer-focused solutions.
• Understand and apply brand-specific product handwriting to create patterns and products aligned with design intent and craftsmanship standards.
• Promote a culture of product innovation to help win new business and position Intimates as a leader in delivering “Good, Better, Best” category products.
• Ensure smooth coordination with R&D and engineering teams to drive manufacturability, cost optimization, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects efficiently and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee sample development, ensuring all specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate sewing meetings, sample reviews, and timely follow-ups to align with customer expectations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product technologies to support business growth and customer engagement.
• Support achievement of annual and medium-term financial/non-financial targets, monitor budgets, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Guide and supervise executives while sharing best practices to build team capability.
• Provide accurate CADs, tech drawings, patterns, and design inputs to support costing, sampling, and raw material processes.

Knowledge And Skills

• Completed bachelor's degree related to Design, Textile or Product development
• 3-4 years of work experience in Design or product development 
• Experience in CAD or Illustrator 
• Demonstrate Ability to work with limited supervision
• Good Communication skills
