Job Description

Summary
• Support management of the Supplier Quality organization, to ensure proper deployment and adherence to Global Quality Procedure applicable to Supplier Quality Assurance
• Supplier quality assessment and follow-up of supplier failures and low performers
• Improvement of supplier performance through effective partnership
• Integration and maintenance of the suppliers according to Baxter´s Quality System

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate timely completion of the task as per due date ( e.g: Supplier Re-evaluation, SCAR, SNC…).
• Prepare needed documentation and update Global supplier quality database accordingly as per Corporate Procedure (GQP) requirements; be in contact with suppliers to collect documentation.
• Identifies Baxter supplier compliance issues; helps to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Partners with facilities and regions to ensure successful implementation and compliance to Corporate Quality Procedures / regulations.

Qualifications
• Strong quality orientation required. Knowledge of cGMP, MDD, ISO13485, global regulatory guidelines, and validation practices.
• 5+ years’ experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English.
• Education and/or Experience: Master or Engineer Level in scientific area required (Engineer, Pharmacist, or equivalent).
• Experience in Supplier Quality Management.
• Effective communicator at all levels both internally and externally; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Good interpersonal/communication/influencing/negotiation skills.
• Ability to complete projects and respond to supplier/customers (Internal and External) in a timely manner
