Junior HR Talent Sourcer

The Role Will:

• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
• Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews, follow-ups and feedback.
• Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels.
• Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or related field.
• A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
