We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager Regional Sales in France

In this role you will Manage customer relationships and satisfaction and maximise sales at existing accounts for the full SMT solution portfolio. Drive prospecting for new customers. Manage appropriate sales channels. Recommend and initiate activity to promote and realise growth of established portfolio and further develop designated area by acquiring new customers.

You Will:

  • Follow assigned market, its customers, prospects, and projects to manage sales pipeline and understand customer requirements and available investment budgets.
  • Communicate both internally and to the customer site.
  • Work with product managers or product marketing to develop solutions on the base of current portfolio to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Work with the regional sales team to promote best practice.
  • Manage the relationship with local and international accounts.
  • Shape Customers future and be the trusted adviser of the customer.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers in customer organisations whose insights and support are important in sustaining and growing the business.
  • Gather Market and Industry information regularly via communication exchange with partners and customers.
  • Use the Opportunity to travel internationally with your customer.
  • Project manage the customer capital equipment investment and deployment.
  • Decide and constantly adjust on the sales tactics to win opportunities.
  • Work alongside the local service organisation to maximise the customer satisfaction.


About YouWe are looking for a dynamic sales professional, recognised for being a self-starter who is highly driven, motivated, and consistently committed to achieving results.


You Will Have,


  • A technical education, ideally in technical engineering discipline or substantial experience working in Capex sales.
  • Experience of both Design for Manufacture and the implementation of new processes.
  • Experience of successfully selling capital equipment into a manufacturing industry.
  • Have strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face and in writing with people at various levels in an organisation.
  • Very strong organisational skills; able to achieve goals/ objectives as an individual and in a team environment.
  • An Understanding of key internal/ external business issues and best practice in own discipline area.
  • Self-driven and motivated skillsets.
  • A valid driving licence. Able to undertake domestic and international travel as necessary.
  • Experience of or Qualified in Project Management (Desirable)
  • Experience with international customers from various cultures (Desirable)
