Corporate Department Associate (Beijing/ Shenzhen)

Position Summary

We are now recruiting Associate to join our Corporate Department of our Beijing/ Shenzhen Office.

Job Requirement

1. LLB from a prestigious law school in PRC or overseas, with an LLM or above from a prestigious law school in PRC or overseas (JD degree is preferred);
2. 0-6 years of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, investment and financing, and general corporate matters at a top-tier red circle law firm or an elite international firm. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in overseas offices;
3. Passion for the legal profession, with strong logical analysis and communication skills, a strong team spirit, team management capabilities, and a high level of service awareness;
4. Strong language proficiency and writing skills (bilingual in Chinese and English, with a minimum of TEM-8, TOEFL score of 110+, or IELTS score of 7.5+), and the ability to communicate and draft legal documents fluently in English;
5. Responsible, meticulous, and able to handle high levels of stress.
