We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer partnerships, elevate our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop & execute influencer strategies aligned with Presentail’s brand and business goals.
Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and partners.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, content approvals, performance tracking, and reporting.
Analyze campaign ROI and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives with paid media, PR, and content marketing.
Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
Build a network of long-term influencer relationships to amplify Presentail’s brand voice in Lebanon, UAE, and new expansion markets.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings both creativity and performance-driven thinking:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Ideally 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital partnerships.
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with influencer discovery tools, campaign tracking, and social analytics.
Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content trends.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
