About The Job:

As a CPA working remotely, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management for our client. Your responsibilities will include managing owner accounts, coordinating with residential owners and their residents/customers, and preparing monthly and year-end statements using Appfolio software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Appfolio software to coordinate with residential owners and their residents/customers.
• Prepare and manage owner accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate monthly and year-end statements for owners.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Appfolio software or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Schedule:

- Work on shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST during US business hours.
