About The Role
We’re looking for a Superstar to join our Korea Dream Team as E-Commerce Manager. HE/SHE will be responsible for accelerating Charlotte Tilbury’s online business and building strong brand presence across key e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this role will define sales targets, manage platform strategies, and lead NPD launch campaigns while maximising retailer relationships and performance marketing efficiency.
This is a role for a data-driven, commercially minded individual with 5–7 years’ e-commerce experience in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector.
As an E-commerce Manager, Korea you will
Lead 360 Marketing Strategy Drive E-Commerce Growth
- Drive E-Commerce Growth
- Set sales targets per vertical and core product category across major platforms, by developing and executing monthly promotion calendars to achieve growth objectives. Build and manage e-commerce sampling and GWP plans to drive trial and conversion.
- Build NPD launch calendar for all e-commerce channels, and plan and execute platform-specific campaigns for NPD in collaboration with retailers to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversion during key launches.
- Performance Marketing & Data Analytics
- Develop and operate performance marketing campaigns (search, display, social, retargeting, affiliates); direct operation experience is strongly preferred.
- Collect and analyse platform data, including Naver Store, to extract insights and optimise campaigns.
- Retailer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and strengthen relationships with major e-commerce retailers, negotiating and maximising support.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, education, and finance teams to ensure consistent campaign execution and budget alignment.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligned with global guidelines.
Omnichannel Activation
- Create Integrated Omnichannel campaigns
- Partner with offline retail to create integrated omnichannel campaigns.
- Work closely with CRM teams to develop personalised targeting, loyalty, and retention strategies.
Who you will work with

Requirements
- 1. 5-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally within global beauty luxury or FMCG
- 2. Strong knowledge of Korea’s e-commerce landscape (NAVER, SSG, CHICOR, Lotte On, Kakao etc)
- 3. Hands-on performance marketing expertise; director operator experience highly valued.
- 4. Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to generate insights from platform data(esp. NAVER store)
- 5. Experience in retailer management, promotional mechanics, sampling and GWP planning
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Business Speaking English.
