Tasks

• Processing customer e-mails
• Telephone and written communication with customers
• Expert advice
• Customer-oriented problem solving
• Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
• Recording business transactions in the company software

Requirements

• Rich hungarian and german vocabulary in official and formal communication
• Good communication skills, calm and patient nature
• Self-taught person, attentive to details, and with good observation skills
• PC+Microsoft (Windows, Word, Outlook) operation knowledge
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service field beneficial
