We are looking for a professional candidate who will be working on a shift, either 12:00 - 20:00 or 14:00 - 22:00, with our customers in Latin America.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with colleagues and logistics partners/customers in Latin America
• Be responsible for the documentation for transportation purposes 
• Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management
• Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle partners' inquiries and orders
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
