Job Description

As an Order Fulfillment Senior Specialist, you will join Philips’ Supply Chain Department. You will work with Personal Health products. This is a temporary assignment until the end of May 2027

Your Role:

• Assisting and deputizing the Team Lead with daily operations, including managing KPIs to meet targets. Reporting, monitoring, and control preparation (ICS/SOx)
• Training team members and updating work instructions as needed
• Supporting direct colleagues on standard processes and SAP navigation to optimize the operational performance
• Helping find standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements.
• Identifying team issues and driving solutions, involving the right stakeholders
• Acting as the key user, support colleagues with standard E2E SAP order processing
• Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)

You're the right fit if you have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service
• University degree
• English at C1 level
• Experience in working with SAP and proficient Excel skills (it’s a must)
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness and proactive behavior
• You are an open-minded person and a team player with strong communication skills
