BTMV-Purchasing Junior Staff

Salary

Starting basic salary: 10.200.000 VND/month

Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production to ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term relationships with reliable vendors.
• Work with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to understand purchasing requirements.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
• Assist in cost reduction initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduation: College and above.
• Gender: Male or Female
• Accept 0-1 year experience
• Communicate fluently in English
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Preferred language (For applications) English
