About The Role - You Will:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and troubleshooting on media production equipment.
  • Handle chemical-related tasks, including chemical drum changes and safe chemical handling procedures.
  •  Conduct failure analysis and debug machine components to resolve yield and process-related issues.
  • Execute equipment improvement activities to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
  • Complete routine checklists and follow maintenance instructions and procedures diligently.
  •  Assemble and align control build parts using precision tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Support offline maintenance tasks and assignments from Leads and Supervisors.

About You:

  • Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skill and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields (ITE graduates are welcome).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in equipment servicing, preferably in a cleanroom manufacturing setting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical systems and automation conveyor systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Experience in cleanroom operations is a plus.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
