Description

Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring Lathe Machinists for their 1st shift! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC Machines based on technical drawings and work orders.
• Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents. 
• Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
• Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

• CNC machining experience, preferably with a CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets.
• Defense and Aerospace Industry experience preferred.
• AS9100 Experience a plus
• Ability to read GD&T Code
• Ability to use all measuring tools.
