Job Description

Mirantis is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Fullstack Developer to develop scalable software solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. As part of the Lens team, you will contribute to the development of Lens, the leading IDE for Kubernetes developers, used by over 700,000 DevOps professionals globally. Lens is built on Electron and powered by modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Node.js. The Lens Cloud backends also leverage TypeScript and Node.js, ensuring a robust and scalable infrastructure.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, including performance optimization, security, and reliability considerations.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and experience integrating AI frameworks or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock,...) into web applications or developer tools is beneficial.
• Understand and apply quality techniques and practices (automated unit testing, performance analysis, telemetry and error reporting, continuous integration)
• Problem-solving mentality with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and an appreciation for great design principles.
• Eye and appreciation for great design, High standards for usability.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and external community contributors.
• Self-driven and proactive in seeking ways to improve workflows, systems, and user experiences.
