As a Front Desk Agent at Bela Brand Bat, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the property and local area, and handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records and handle billing procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
