Job Description

This is a technical and sales support role where your HVAC knowledge will be key. You’ll work closely with our external sales team and our customer care team to deliver tailored solutions and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Apply your mechanical understanding of VRF, DX, and water-cooled systems.
• Interpret tender documents, schematics, and schedules to select optimal equipment.
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support sales.
• Review and process orders with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

What You’Ll Bring

• 2–4 years of HVAC or related customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with commercial HVAC applications, design, and operation.
• Exposure to design specs and system layouts.
• Formal HVAC or Engineering qualifications (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
