Job Description

Senior Architect - Enterprise Architecture (Portfolio Management)
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to shape and evolve our IT and business architecture within the T-Systems globally organization. In this role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, align IT with business goals, and ensure transparency and efficiency across our technology landscape.

The IT Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) is responsible for the introduction and use of the LeanIX system for the T-Systems.

As an Architect, you are responsible for:

• Analyze and visualize the IT landscape using LeanIX (value streams, capabilities, processes, data, applications, interfaces, technologies,)
• Design and implement architecture roadmaps for IT transformation projects
• Ensure strong business-IT alignment through close collaboration with stakeholders
• Assess technology risks and drive standardization across the IT infrastructure
• Lead architecture initiatives including ERP transformations and post-merger integrations
• Utilize the LeanIX Meta Model for strategic planning and modeling
• Deliver data-driven insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Foster collaboration through role-based access and stakeholder engagement
• Communication with the designated contact persons of the IT Portfolio Management of T-Systems

Qualifications

Your Ideal Skill Set:

• Proven experience with Enterprise Architecture Management
• Deep knowledge of LeanIX and its application in complex environments
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record in IT transformation and governance projects
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that address those requirements effectively
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
