Job Description
Are you a passionate physiotherapist with acute care experience looking to take the next step in your career? Epworth Freemasons is offering an exciting opportunity for a Grade 2 Acute Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until November 2026.
As a key member of our acute physiotherapy team, you will have a caring nature alongside relevant acute physiotherapy experience and sound clinical reasoning. You keep up-to-date with best practice and have a passion for enhancing the patient experience through innovation.
You will make an impact by:
- Delivering individually tailored and high-quality physiotherapy care to a diverse caseload of cardiorespiratory and medical patients across ICU, general surgical and medical wards
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and students
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and drive service innovation
- Integrating allied health into the clinical care team within the inpatient wards
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience managing a variety of patients in the acute inpatient setting
- A demonstrated commitment to relevant professional development
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Qualifications
- A Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
