As Product Lead, AI, you’ll work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to translate bold ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable business impact. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on product leader from Korea to shape and scale AI initiatives across a rapidly growing regional platform.

This is not a strategy-only position. It’s a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership end-to-end, and has both the technical and operational depth to deliver results.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product Strategy & Delivery

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to define and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI/tech projects — from planning to launch.
• Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that enable scale.

2. Hands-on Project Implementation

• Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools.
• Integrate AI systems seamlessly into existing company processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable impact.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

• Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple departments to maintain clarity and momentum.
• Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to move projects forward.
• Partner with department heads to surface blockers and drive solutions quickly.

4. Product Ownership

• Take ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home.”
• Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption.

What You Bring

• ~5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment.
• A proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech/AI/digital systems.
• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn vision into execution.
• Experience working closely with executive teams on high-stakes initiatives.
• Mature judgment and strong communication in complex or high-pressure situations.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies.
• Location: Based in Korea (remote), collaborating with regional teams across Southeast Asia.
