Join our Global IT Organization as we help shape the future through digital, data, and AI. We are seeking an Azure DevOps Platform Administrator to lead the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our Azure DevOps, GitHub environments, and related project and portfolio management platforms. This role is critical to enabling agile delivery, test automation, and full lifecycle visibility across the Global IT organization, including SAP/ERP and non-SAP deployments across validated and non-validated environments. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and governance teams to ensure seamless integration, traceability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Governance
•
Administer Azure DevOps services (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) and GitHub Enterprise integrations.
•
Define and enforce governance standards, including access control, branching strategies, and naming conventions.
•
Monitor platform usage, performance, and compliance with enterprise policies.
•
Assist with supporting other related and integrated project and portfolio management platforms.
Agile Tooling & Process Support
•
Configure Azure Boards to support Global IT’s process standards
•
Enable portfolio-level rollups for transparency across teams and integration with strategic portfolio management tools - Maintain Azure DevOps Wiki as a centralized documentation hub for JDS testing and development artifacts.
CI/CD Pipeline Management
•
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
•
Integrate with Tricentis Tosca, Rev-Trac, and Solution Manager to support automated testing and SAP/ERP deployments.
•
Ensure secure, traceable, and efficient build and release processes.
SAP/ERP Deployment Support
•
Collaborate with SAP Test Analysts and Automation Engineers to ensure test automation coverage for SAP GUI, Fiori, IDoc, and OData interfaces using Tricentis Tosca.
•
Support integration testing for SAP APIs and backend systems.
•
Coordinate with Release Managers to validate smoke and regression tests during SAP cutovers using orchestrated pipelines.
•
Maintain traceability between SAP test cases, business requirements, and deployment artifacts in Azure DevOps.
Collaboration & Integration
•
Support cross-functional collaboration by integrating Azure DevOps with tools used across Global IT (e.g., UiPath, Tosca, Copilot, Microsoft Power platform, SharePoint).
•
Facilitate full lifecycle traceability from requirements through deployment.
Security & Compliance
•
Implement DevSecOps practices, including secrets management and audit logging. - Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and SOC 2 controls.
Continuous Improvement
•
Identify opportunities to enhance DevOps maturity and platform capabilities.
•
Provide training and support to Global IT members on DevOps tools and best practices.
•
Stay current with Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and strategic portfolio management tool roadmaps to anticipate and adopt new features.
Essential Functions of the Role**:
•
Collaborate effectively with Hollister associates and cross-functional teams across global locations using modern communication and development tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint).
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response for Azure DevOps and GitHub platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to development workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform configurations, governance policies, CI/CD workflows, and integration standards to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather feedback and align platform capabilities with evolving organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver training sessions or materials to upskill teams on DevOps tools, governance standards, and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to the strategic roadmap for DevOps tooling and practices, recommending new technologies or features.

Travel domestically and internationally as needed
Work Experience Requirements
•
Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8
•
5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform administration roles.
•
Expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and agile delivery at scale.
•
Experience working in the MedTech, medical devices, or regulated healthcare technology industry preferred.
Education Requirements
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
•
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, YAML, Bash).
•
Experience with SAP/ERP testing and automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, UiPath) is a plus.
•
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions through experimentation.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
•
Familiarity with enterprise testing strategies and tooling landscapes.
•
Experience supporting enterprise-scale DevOps implementations.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•
Experience supporting portfolio management
