BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

Your Main Responsibility Would Be:

• Software Configuration Management

• Build & Release Management
• Process Support & Documentation

• Collaboration & Support

• Maintain and support version control systems.
• Manage software baselines, branches, and release processes.
• Ensure traceability of software changes across the development lifecycle.
• Support build automation and continuous integration pipelines
• Coordinate with development teams to package and deliver software releases
• Develop and maintain configuration management processes and guidelines.
• Create and update documentation for version control, builds, and release practices.
• Support audits and compliance activities for configuration management.
• Provide technical support to software development and testing teams.
• Assist in onboarding developers to CM tools and processes.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of configuration management practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or related field.
• Chinese HSK6, proficiency in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in both English speaking and writing
• Proficiency in version control systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Proactive problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
