🎯 What You Will Do

As a Frontend Engineer – Product & UX, your role goes beyond translating designs into code. You will be the engineer who brings business goals and user experience together in the product’s interface.

• Product-Oriented UI/UX Development: Build interfaces that not only look good but also convey business value.
• Bridging Product Gaps: Fill in missing pieces where requirements or specifications are incomplete, proposing user-centered alternatives.
• Visualizing Complex Flows: Translate complex authentication workflows into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Product-Centric Problem Solving: Ask “why this UI?” and drive improvements that go beyond implementation.
• Code Quality & Collaboration: Write reusable, maintainable code and contribute to a strong code review culture.

🧠 Who You Are

Qualifications

• Collaborative Communication: Proven ability to work openly with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve better outcomes.
• Product Thinking: Ability to connect business context to UI/UX decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and turning incomplete requirements into real user experiences.
• Frontend Development Experience: 2+ years with React/Next.js or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Strong Fundamentals: Solid understanding of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and browser internals.
• Product planning or UX writing experience.
• Experience designing user flows or scenarios from scratch.
• Experience with design systems (e.g., Storybook, Figma integration).
• Experience in B2B SaaS products or global user-facing applications.
• Experience with test automation or efforts to improve code quality.
• Experience adapting UI/UX for mobile and multi-country environments.
• Language: TypeScript
