MR Delivery Driver/Customer Delivery Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join us in Banyo, QLD.
As a MR Delivery Driver/Customer Delivery Representative you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Never afraid of hard work, in this fast-paced role you’ll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist QLD contractors and customers in the Brisbane area.
What we’re looking for:Experience in a warehouse distribution environmentCustomer service skills and the ability to build customer relationshipsAbility to lift heavy packages as this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kgYou have a current forklift (LF or LO) licenceYou have a valid minimum MR driver’s licenceYou have good computer skills and close attention to detailYou’re committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standardsGood basic English and writing skillsAbility to work under pressure, in fast-paced environments.
What you’ll do:Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely mannerMaintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer baseEnsure all safety checks are completed dailyAccounting for all money and stock movements dailyReplacement of warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedureManaging all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand PolicyEnsuring that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visitThe groundwork has been set for a motivated, hands-on, customer-focused superstar to be a part of a high-performing team.
