Job Overview: Are you a seasoned sales professional in turf, HVAC, roofing, or windows sales? Looking for an opportunity with a pioneering organization? 1. Design Expertise: Provide tailored landscape solutions and expert advice for HVAC, and roofing. 
2. Product Sales: Promote our premium, eco-friendly products, showcasing their value to customers. 
3. Creative Visualization: Help clients visualize their ideal landscapes or home upgrades using your creative skills. 
4. HIS License (Preferred)

Duties:

• Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meetings. 
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services. 
• Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations. 
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. 
• Design personalized landscapes and ensure contracts are handled efficiently. 
• Flexibility to work from home or the office. 

Ideal Qualifications:

• HIS Licensed (highly preferred in CA). 
• Experience in artificial turf or landscaping is preferred. 
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality. 
• At least 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services. 
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a full calendar. 
• Access to reliable transportation. 

Job Type: Fulltime

Compensation: Competitive commission structures with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ per year.
