SENIOR/EXECUTIVE FULL-STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER (GIS/AI)

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking a software engineer for our in-house software engineering team member who can collaborate with the various stakeholders (e.g. users, contractors) to conceptualise, design, develop and rollout Geospatial AI-centric MVPs and digital products.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular)
• Back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS,).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with geospatial technologies (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox, ArcGIS API for JavaScript) will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in integrating and calling OpenAI APIs for natural language processing, data enrichment, or intelligent automation will be added advantage.
• Experience with Government Cloud Platforms (e.g. GCC, GCC+) will be added advantage
• Active learner and advocator for new software technologies and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Candidates with more experience might be considered for senior roles. Those without experience are welcome to apply
