Join Our Team: Experienced Personal Caregiver Opportunities in Spokane County

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking experienced and certified Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are specifically looking for Caregivers who bring hands-on experience and a deep understanding of compassionate care to every client interaction.

Competitive pay ($20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Work primarily in clients' homes, with varying shift times and care needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Caregiver in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings is strongly preferred
• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred (we’ll pay for your training if needed!)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a true passion for being a Caregiver
