We are quickly expanding our offerings to cities across the country and are looking for talented and ambitious people to embark on the journey with us!The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Lead to join our team and help us grow our consumer base during the next phase of our consumer app. We have recently launched a major update of our consumer app, and are looking for someone to generate and execute on (1) crm marketing campaigns to drive higher user retention (2) new user acquisition strategies to efficiently grow our user base (3) identify growth product features. In this role, you will be the point person for all things consumer app related. Understanding the current challenges, and actively executing on a long term plan to drive favorable unit economics in order to scale our user base nationally. This person will be highly fluent in consumer CRM and analytics, and have a strong desire to constantly ideate, test, and iterate outreach that drives user growth and retention. What you’ll do

  • Reboot and reset the communication opportunities and journeys with the relaunch and major update in the mechanics of the consumer app
  • Create a solid base of tactics to kickstart the growth engine with novel acquisition techniques and leveraging the existing user base
  • Build a team after creating proven winning capabilities that will grow the app to a fast growing, profitable user-loved product
  • Define and articulate a clear marketing vision, inclusive of both acquisition and retention activities, that is aligned with the company's overall goals and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a long-term prioritized marketing roadmap that can be consumed by the broader organization, inclusive of A/B tests that improve engagement metrics long term
  • Build programmatic CRM and campaigns to drive engagement and build a flywheel
  • Champion the user experience, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., surveys, interviews, A/B tests, analytics) to inform decisions
  • Identify key user problems and opportunities, transforming them into well-defined user stories to be used in A/B messaging tests
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing user retention as well as new user conversion
  • Conduct A/B tests within programmatic CRM tool in order to deepen insights so that our tactics on acquisition and engagement become more effective over time
  • Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and work with the engineering team to drive iterative product enhancements.
  • Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively to all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all things consumer app numbers
What you’ll bring
  • 3-5+ years of experience within a consumer facing acquisition or CRM role comfortable with marketing execution and related analytics
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, ideally working on a consumer-facing mobile application (iOS/Android).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop marketing roadmaps, from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Ran or oversaw paid social ads ideally for mobile app (Meta, Snap, Google, etc.) 
  • Experience managing user engagement campaigns on a mobile app product with an emphasis on push/text
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques (Braze, Tableau, OneSignal, Branch, GA, AppsFlyer, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase) to derive insights and inform product decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience with consumer mobile products -  e.g., social networking, fintech, gaming, health & wellness, restaurant apps
  • Experience within marketplace so has understanding of how the supply side impacts messaging for the consumer side 
  • Has background working with engineering /product teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
