The OpportunityWe are seeking a Head of Operations to architect, build, and run the end-to-end operating platform of our private-equity real-estate enterprise at the highest institutional standard. This leader will translate a long-term, downside-protected strategy into disciplined execution across fund operations, investor reporting, compliance, people systems, and technology—keeping the team lean while scaling impact. The mandate is investor-fanatical and profit-with-purpose: retain investment discretion, enforce controls that prevent permanent capital loss, preserve and grow investor wealth, and elevate trust and brand through an investor experience that combines institutional-grade transparency and self-service reporting with selective, high-impact white-glove engagement.The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in high-performance investment or real-estate platforms, is digitally native and AI-driven, and combines back-office rigor with credible investor presence. They look, act, and communicate as a fiduciary and are missionary to the bone—grounded in Judeo-Christian morals and committed to building a multi-generational institution that catalyzes human flourishing. Fully remote, with strong preference for Austin as a home base.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the entire operating platform—fund operations, compliance, investor reporting, people systems, and enabling technology.
- Own every investor touchpoint, including weekly insights, monthly updates, quarterly reports, livestreams, and the annual investor summit with senior leadership.
- Design and run direct-access funnels for $25k–$100k+ checks, ensuring accredited, HNW, UHNW, and family-office partners receive seamless self-service reporting and extraordinary high-touch interactions.
- Operationalize the investment focus on residential—especially multifamily in supply-constrained growth markets with superior land positions—holding assets long while remaining opportunistic on short-term trades.
- Deploy technology and AI where accretive, ensuring investment decisions are anchored in sound judgment and validated with comprehensive models.
- Maintain a disciplined posture that prudently levers in downturns and stockpiles cash in hot markets to de-risk and capture opportunity.
- Build scalable methods and processes that replicate quality at speed while preserving institutional-grade controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of senior operating experience in private-equity, real estate, or high-performance investment platforms.
- Proven ability to design and run lean, technology-enabled operations that meet institutional standards.
- Demonstrated excellence in investor reporting, fund operations, and compliance.
- Strong command of modern tech stacks and AI-driven process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
