Job Summary:
Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the finance department, this role will play a critical part in driving business growth by analyzing product-level financial performance, uncovering insights that improve profitability, and supporting data-driven decisions across pricing, cost management, and product lifecycle strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams, especially the product management team, to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Profitability Analysis
- Conduct deep dives into product-level financial data at SKU and category level to evaluate revenue, margins, and associated costs.
- Identify trends, variations, and opportunities to enhance profitability across Carlisle’s portfolio.
- Prepare clear, actionable and consistent reporting and dashboards for product managers, procurement team, and leadership.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Support product lifecycle decisions through SKU-level profitability assessments.
- Support product managers with NPD financial models to be used for decisions in Stage Gate meetings.
- Provide insights for SKU rationalization; work with product managers to confirm recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Management to optimize portfolio mix for long-term growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on profitability goals and actions.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
- Build repeatable models and automated pipelines from ERP, CRM, MAP, and BI tools; simplify reporting and shorten cycle times.
- Expectation to understand, participate in, and support company COS initiatives, with focus on developing a lean mindset.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data driven decision making

- Ability to choose the correct mathematical methods or formulas for problem-solving
- Technology proficient with a strong aptitude for learning and leverage financial systems and automation tools

Education And Experience:

- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field
- Three to five years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate or business unit setting
- Experience in high-growth, multi-channel or building material industry
- Familiarity with MMM, cohort/retention analytics, and price elasticity
Working Conditions:
- The incumbent is expected to maintain a dedicated, secure, and ergonomically appropriate home office environment with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular communication with colleagues and stakeholders via virtual collaboration tools.
- The position typically operates during standard business hours of Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), with occasional flexibility required to accommodate meetings across time zones or critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and remote work standards.
- Expected travel should not exceed 20% for team events, conferences, and other in-person meetings or trainings as required.
