What You'Ll Achieve

As our Senior Product Manager, you'll shape the future of career transformation technology while directly impacting thousands of students' lives. You will create a standardized student experience across all programs ensuring our students have an unparalleled learning experience through all of our programs.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute comprehensive product strategy for TripleTen's US market expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough educational experiences that drive measurable career outcomes
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product vision with business objectives and market opportunities

AI and Technology Ambassador

  • Streamline our processes with elegant system architecture paired with automation
  • Champion the use of AI within our product organization

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Implement data-driven frameworks to measure and improve key outcomes: student satisfaction, program completion rates, and employment success
  • Ensure all KPIs for student-facing roles are being properly measured and reported. Support the department heads in troubleshooting dips in their team’s performance
  • Ability to design/build clean dashboards that make sense to a wide range of stakeholders

Operational Excellence

  • Optimize our support-heavy education model to deliver personalized learning experiences at scale
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and student success teams to create seamless user journeys

Requirements

What You Will Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • 12+ years of increasing responsibility in product/project/program management, with significant experience in support-intensive products
  • Proven track record leading product strategy and execution that delivered measurable business impact
  • Experience managing and mentoring product teams while building scalable product operations
  • Must be based in the United States. We are unable to offer work sponsorship opportunities at this time.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and implementing insights to improve product performance

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without formal authority
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, curriculum, design, analytics, career, and customer success
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on outcomes
  • Ability to travel quarterly to domestic and international leadership events as needed by the business

Technical Requirements

  • Native English speaker or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of educational technology trends, online learning best practices, and career services operations
