Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

Qualifications
• Previous industry experience is desired
• Customer oriented
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail
• General understanding of inventory
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and customer service skills to build and foster strong customer relationships
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to the equipment
• Forklift certification is a plus

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual would be responsible for direct management of the Parts and Service departments within the state of South Carolina, as well as daily admin roles key to the daily operations of the branches.
This position must put customer satisfaction at the forefront of their daily duties while maximizing return through direct parts sales, inventory control, streamline current processes, motivate, and engage department personnel.
• Oversee daily functions of Parts and Service Departments.
• Direct employees to maximize resources.
• Maintains branches parts inventory at adequate levels to meet the demand of our customers and internal needs.
• Reviews inventory levels quarterly and submits for manufacturer parts returns.
• Reviews non-moving parts for reductions specials or targeted write-offs.
• Maintains the condition of the parts warehouse and directs employees on daily organization.
• Directs department interview and hiring process.
• Holds annual reviews for employees with management recommendations on advancement.
• Responsible for approving employee time-off requests.
• Ensures all employees are adequately trained in their position to meet department needs.
• Work with service department management to expedite necessary back-ordered items including finding alternative sources where they exist.
• Review open backorders and sales orders for processing.
• Prepare and lead annual parts inventory.
• Work with branches Service Manager to assist with preparing, closing, and billing work orders.
• Manage branches supplies and process PO’s.
• Aid and assist with recruiting technicians.
