Metal Maintenance Journeyman

The Metal Maintenance provides cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.   Schedule: Full-time Nights
Pay Rate: $20.80 - $36.80 per hour

  Preferred Qualifications: •  Customer service experience  •  1 year of similar work experience
  Responsibilities:  •  Clean and maintain ornamental and architectural metal surfaces to preserve appearance and integrity •  Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment. •  Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and   regulatory authorities  • Properly mask and protect surrounding finishes and surfaces during maintenance and restoration work.
• Safely lift, transport, and operate equipment and tools as required for job tasks.
• Adhere to Company regulations for vehicle operation, including maintenance and safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with the manager or supervisor to report progress, issues, and updates.
• Work with lacquers, paints, polishes, and other specialized chemicals to restore and protect metal finishes.
