We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Senior Sales Manager. This role is for a high-performing, independent sales professional with a strong background in hospitality and corporate account management. The ideal candidate knows how to sell, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships while keeping track of multiple sales pipelines and delivering consistent results under pressure.


Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

You will primarily focus on driving revenue through sales by:

  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prospecting, negotiating, and booking new and repeat business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients
  • Managing your sales activity via Delphi
  • Making sales calls and presentations, including site inspections and Fam trips
  • Representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events
  • Contracting fairly and profitably

Requirements (What We Need From You)

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field)
  • 4+ years in hospitality sales (preferably in corporate or business travel markets)
  • Proven negotiation and sales track record

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time management
  • High level of autonomy, professionalism, and motivation
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Tech Proficiency:

  • Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using Delphi FDC and MeetingBroker (industry-standard hotel sales platforms)

Travel Requirement:

  • Willingness to travel for sales calls, site visits, client meetings, and trade shows as needed

The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
