Strategy Formation and Implementation

Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets being managed within a given 

area or department.

Leadership and Direction

Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and 

action plan and to the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve 

local business goals.

Supply Planning

Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system with dependencies on other 

processes/units.

Supplier Management

  • Monitor, review, and highlight any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of smaller suppliers 
  • to recommend and ensure delivery of improvements by suppliers or to renegotiate or change 
  • contract/supplier.


Budgeting
Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget 
progress in other areas of the organization.

  • Inventory Control
  • Achieve specific goals for plant direct inventory
  • Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and 
  • mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of self and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team 
  • and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating serious issues as appropriate.

existing procedures; review procedures and recommend improvements to ensure on-time 
delivery of goods and supplies.
