The IT Applications Support Specialist supports the Yardi Software system and other related systems. The IT Applications Support Specialist provides end-user support to all employees. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Starting pay $21 per hour (and more based on experience).
• This role is based out of our Fargo, ND Home Office as an in-office role Monday through Friday.
• Live and work with Goldmark and receive up to a 20% rent discount.
Job Duties Include:
• Serve as a support to the field positions as a resource for complex resident questions and concerns as it relates to our IT applications.
• Assist with special projects that help build and maintain long-term relationships with residents.
• Provide IT applications support to end users through prioritizing and managing support requests to ensure issues are handled timely and efficiently.
• Problem solve and find solutions reported through help desk software.
• Manage user set-up and deactivation process.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to review issues and implement changes.
• Ensure SOC/SOX compliance and separation of duties. Provide documentation for audit purposes.
• Actively cross-train with fellow team members to ensure adequate knowledge transfer for team to support.
Experience and Education:
• Associate’s degree in information systems or related subject preferred; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience supporting software applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Software and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred
• Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.
• A motivated, well-organized, and self-directed individual who is also able to motivate and guide others.
