Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Practice Head PLM and MES!
To head practice and solutioning for PLM services and develop people-process-technology-digital transformative solutions which can address client’s requirements in PLM space
Responsibilities
•    Lead Solutioning & PreSales efforts for global deals including responsible for driving Revenue growth across competitive and sole source pursuits 
•    Provides demonstrable expertise in design and delivery of cutting edge people-process-technology-digital solutions for PLM, MES and associated services and helping win new deals. 
•    Ensure quality and adequate thought leadership in PLM Solutions and create original artifacts that would feed into continually improving solution qualities 
•    Ability to be client focused and drive creation of transformational Solutions that connect elements of PLM & MES value chain & creating the optimal techno commercial constructs 
•    Work closely with the Clients Enterprise PLM implementation teams and lead the requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions as needed.
•    Serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for all Enterprise PLM process domains including Configuration Management, Product Quality Management, Requirements Management, Design Management, Product Compliance and Product Portfolio Management.
•    Lead team of PLM SMEs for the technical design and development of the integration between PLM solutions and boundary systems.
•    Articulate Value proposition for client solutions by highlighting key business outcomes and the value of the created solution.  
•    Partnership and Ecosystem Development: 
•    Build strategic alliances with leading MES product vendors (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, AVEVA, Dassault DELMIA, SAP DM) and PLM Vendors (Dassault, Siemens, PTC etc)
•    Drive co-innovation, joint go-to-market initiatives, and capability development with partners.
•    Stay current on emerging technologies in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and advanced analytics.
•    Publish thought leadership across multiple channels, e.g. white papers, company intranet, articles in business and Industry or Horizontal- specific publications, speaking engagements, social media (Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn).
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline is required (Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable).
•    Experience in enterprise business application design and systems development, including implementation of enterprise PLM systems. Experience on Windchill and Teamcenter preferred.
•    Past experience in aviation/automotive/O&G/Power generation OEMs is added advantage.
•    Proven ability to generate business and spearhead the elevation of portfolio client engagements to their next level of growth
•    Ability to drive strategic conversations with CXO level stakeholders.
•    Proven track record of driving change in people and processes, with strong project management, implementation, and process improvement skills 
•    Consultative skills and structured thought process, Creative thinking/innovative mindset 
•    Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations.
•    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build connects for positioning Genpact as a trusted partner in PLM space.
•    Ability to work in matrix organization and cross functional teams across India, US and Europe

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Exposure to regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, or automotive.
•    Understanding of digital twin, predictive maintenance, and IIoT analytics integration.
